What are the arrival and departure times?

From when to when is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. in the “Rosengarten” breakfast restaurant

Can I bring my dog with me?

Pets are not allowed.

Can I reserve a parking space?

Parking spaces are available (subject to availability) for EUR 12.50 in the inner courtyard or in the Volksbank garage.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

We will be happy to show you free parking options on site.

What do I need to bear in mind when traveling?

Please note that some navigation systems do not guide you correctly to our hotel. Please let your navigation device navigate you via “Astfelder Straße” to Klubgartenstraße.

Can I leave my bike with you?

We are happy to lock your bikes in a separate room, where there are also sockets for charging e-bikes.

Can I leave my luggage with you?

Our 24-hour reception will be happy to take care of your luggage at any time.
