After falling victim to a booking scam before Easter and finding ourselves without suitable accommodation, the hotel staff immediately and calmly and professionally helped us, quickly providing two comfortably furnished rooms opposite each other that left nothing to be desired. The staff and the tranquil, welcoming atmosphere clearly belong to a much higher-end hotel. Discreet attention and a commitment to absolute customer satisfaction define the hotel’s ambiance. Art enthusiasts will find numerous lithographs and original works throughout the tastefully decorated building and in the rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and varied – and, of course, individual guest preferences were catered to. Overall, only the highest rating is appropriate.

The train station is just across the street from the hotel.
Very friendly staff and well organized. The single rooms are comfortably furnished. Everything was clean. The location is right next to the train station and in a good area, close to the city center. There was a delicious breakfast with very attentive service.
We were given a very nice, bright and clean room. It faced the inner courtyard and was therefore very quiet. A breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired and really very nice staff.
All around, simply everything! It is always a wonderful experience to be welcomed by the staff of the hotel. We enjoy every moment we spend there, but Goslar and the Harz Mountains themselves are always worth a visit.
It could hardly be more central. The hotel is right next to the train station, but it’s still quiet.
The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is very good.
My room on the third floor had relatively small windows, but it was newly renovated with a large shower and good furnishings.
I’ll be asking the Niedersächsischer Hof first thing next time I stay here.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Our room (comfort double room) was spacious and clean. Everything at breakfast was fresh, and the selection was ample. Just a 5-minute walk from the market square. I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel is top – no question. We were able to charge the electric car overnight. Cost 12.50 incl. parking space. The location is very central. The staff are super friendly and helpful and also pragmatic – unfortunately you don’t find that often these days. Highly recommended! We didn’t have breakfast – but it looked good.
The staff (all of them) were very courteous and friendly. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Very friendly and nice service. Reception: thank you again for your efforts to ensure that we had a room with a balcony. Cleaning staff perfect!
