House rules

General house rules
In order to make your stay at the Concorde Hotel Am Leineschloss even more pleasant, we ask you to read the following house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers. Please note that the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Concorde Hotel Am Leineschloss also apply.

  • In order to comply with public order and the house rules, the hotel employees are authorized to ban any guest from the hotel.
  • Open fires, smoking and lighting candles is not permitted in the stairwell, corridor, breakfast room, sanitary areas and hotel rooms. In the event of a violation, we will charge a lump sum of € 250.00 and may ban you from the hotel.
  • Hotel rooms and their equipment, as well as other hotel property, must not be damaged.
  • We kindly ask you to report any complaints about the room or any inconvenience caused by other guests in the house to reception immediately.
  • We must point out that any damage caused by you must be compensated to the hotel and will be charged to you.
  • Breakfast times:
    • Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 10.00 a.m,
    • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 07.00 to 11.00.
  • Check-In: from 14.00 hrs / Check-Out: until 11.00 hrs
  • Please close the room door when leaving the hotel. We also ask you to hand in your room card at reception when you check out.
  • For safety reasons, it is not permitted to lean out of the windows – they may only be opened for ventilation. The window sill may not be used as a seat and nothing may be thrown or shouted out of the windows.
  • Our fire alarm is a loud signal tone. When this sounds, it is no longer permitted to go to the rooms and the hotel must be left as quickly as possible via the signposted escape routes. In this case, only the stairs and emergency staircases may be used; under no circumstances may you use the elevators. Emergency exits are marked accordingly. All escape plans are displayed at reception and on the room doors as well as in the relevant corridors. The emergency escape point is either in front of or behind our building, depending on the situation.
  • Persons not booked at the hotel are only permitted access to the rooms after prior registration at reception. The hotel and its employees may refuse access in individual cases.
  • When using the free Wi-Fi (if available), the provisions of data protection, child and youth protection must be observed. Violations must be reported.
  • Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the premises. In this case, the relevant authorities will also be notified.
  • Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
  • From 10 p.m., all rooms, corridors and outdoor areas are closed for the night. All noise must be avoided. Failure to observe the night’s rest can lead to immediate expulsion from the hotel. The hotel expects respectful treatment of other guests, residents and staff.
  • The use of electrical appliances such as kettles, hotplates, music systems or similar is not permitted. Violations and any resulting damage to the room will be charged to the guest in full.
  • In the event of a fire, please refer to the evacuation plan on the inside of your room door.
  • The hotel expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (in particular jewelry, cash, laptop, cell phone).
  • Our staff are available for you 24 hours a day. Regular patrols of the building take place at night. The front door is always locked at night. Access to the house is possible at any time by ringing the bell or by telephone. For security reasons, the public areas are under video surveillance.
  • Visitors are only permitted to enter the rooms after prior registration at reception. The staff may refuse access in individual cases.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and to refuse services to those guests who disregard the house rules and whose behavior causes damage to the hotel or other guests.
  • Gross violations of the house rules, the General Terms and Conditions and disregard of instructions by staff will result in expulsion from the premises. Refunds for services already paid for are excluded.
